Summary

We will do this by demonstrating the retrofit of a city block using Ecoblock principles, implementing the 2016 Update to the Energy and Climate Action Plan, designing and implementing a soft-story retrofit program, implementing the Preliminary Sea Level Rise Road Map, implementing high-priority actions from the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan, assessing equity impacts and feasibility of 100-percent clean and renewable energy, and improving community resilience through risk modeling.
